Eligibility

Senior Division
Must be 55 years of age by May 16, 2012. and have a USGA Handicap of 6 or less. Must choose only one division.

Super Senior Division
Must be 65 years of age by May 16, 2012. and have a USGA Handicap of 6 or less. Must choose only one division.

Legend Division
Must be 70 years of age by May 16, 2012. and have a USGA Handicap of 6 or less. Must choose only one division.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Past Champions
   
2. Prior year contestants with a 4 or better handicap.
   
3. Winner or runner up in United States Senior Amateur, British Amateur, & Canadian Amateur in last 3 years.
   
4. State Senior Amateur Champion in last 3 years.
   
5. Anyone who qualified for match play in US Senior Am., Mid Am, or Amateur in the previous year. ( Must be 55 years of age)

Awards

Awards include gift certificates to the pro shop for as many places as possible in each division.

Call the Squire Creek Country Club golf shop beginning May 3rd (318) 768-7002 to make a practice round tee time. Squire Creek is a non-metal spike facility.
